It appearin9 that on or about December 10, 1956 the street
improvements as shown on the heroinafter referred to subdivision map
were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from date of
satisfactory completion.
NC~ THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract 1727, Meilowood, recorded in Book 68 of Maps at
Page ~2 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California on May 29th, 1956, which offers of dedica-
tionwere not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's certificate on
said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are hereby declared to
be public streets of the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State
of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 16%h ....... day of Sep~emb~.F .... 1959 by the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Jepsen, Langwill, Rosasco
NOES: None
ABSENT: Glennon
