RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
20 FOOT EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT (EAE)
AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT (PE)
TRACT NO. 6074
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication
of certain easements as shown on the following described subdivision
map:
Map of Tract No. 6074 recorded in Book 398 of Maps, at Page 54
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on the 14th day of June, 1977.
and as set forth in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby re-
scinded as to that certain 20 foot Emergency Access Easement (EAE) and
Pedestrian Access Easement (PE) running from the cul-de-sac bulb of
Harleigh Drive at the easterly side thereof, and running northeasterly
along the southerly boundary of Lot #1, to the easterly property line
of said subdivision, and the previously rejected offer of dedication
on said map as to said 20 foot strip only is hereby accepted.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on
the 7th day of June , 19 78 , at a regular meeting
of the City Council of Saratoga by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Corr, Callon, & Kalb
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Matteoni .' ~
