It appearing that on or about july 25, 1955 the street
improveFlents as shown on %he hereinafter referred to sub,tivision
map were com.p].eted and that thereafter w'e~e maintained by the
subdivider for a period of not less than an additionat~ year from
date of satisfactory completion°
NOW, THE]!!{EFOi{E the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows:
All sLreets offered for dedication as shovm on that
certain subdivision map of Tract 1t11, Azule Homesite Unit No.
r'ecorded in Book ~2 of ]i"!laps at Page 3t in the office of the County
ftecorder of the County of Santa Clara;, State of' California, on
April 22, 1953, which offers of dedication were not accepted
the terms of ttne Clerk~s Certificate on said mat;, ar'e hereby
accepted and said streets are hereby declared to be l:.ublic streets
