RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT NO. 1756
It appearing that on or about July 29, 1957 the street improvements
as shown on the heroinafter referred to subdivision map were completed
and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for a period of
not less than an additional year from date of satisfactory completion.
~ THEREFORE the CIty Council of the City of Saratoga hereby re-
solves as follows:.
All streets offered for dedication as sho~m on that certain sub-
division map of Tract No. 1756, Merrtvale, recorded in Book 73 of Maps
at Pages 30 and 31 in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California on October 24, 19~6, which offers
of dedication were not accepted under the terms of the Clerkts certif-
icate on said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are hereby
declared to be public streets to the City of Saratoga, County of Santa
Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
and adopted this 2nd day of December , 1959 by the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Rosaace, Langwill
