The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves, as
follows:
SECTION 1: Reference is hereby made to the following Offer of
of Dedication to the City of Saratoga covering
rights-of-way over portions of streets:
a.) Offer recorded on June 4, 1981 , in Book
485 at Page 37 & 38 of Santa Clara County Records.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid Offer of Dedication is hereby accepted
by the City of Saratoga and the above portions of
said streets covered thereby are hereby declared to be public streets
of the City of Saratoga.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the following described Improvement Bond is hereby ordered released:
That certain Improvement Bond (Type) Surety Bond
No. 2429441 Dated: May 12, 1981, Amended, November i8, i981
issued by: Western Surety Company
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the
4th day of May , 1983 , at a regular meeting
of the City Council of Saratoga by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmemkers Clevenger, Fanetli, Mallory, Moyles, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None. ~~ ~
MAYOR
