RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
SDR 1272
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves, as
follows:
SECTION 1: Reference is hereby made to the following Offer cf
of Dedication to the City of Saratoga covering
rights-of-way over portions of streets:
a.) Offer recorded on July 22, 1977 , in Book 40
of..Maps at Page 45 of Santa Clara County Records.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid Offer of Dedication is hereby accepted
by the City of Saratoga and the above portions of
said streets covered thereby are hereby declared to be public streets
of the City of Saratoga.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the following described Improvement Bond is hereby ordered released:
That certain Improvement Bond (Type) Letter of Credit
No. 56998 Dated: January 2b, 1~/9
issued by: Wells Fargo Bank
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the
4th day of May , 1983 , at a regular meeting
of the City Council of Saratoga by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory, Moyles and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
