RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
Saratoga Avenue
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves, as ..
follows:
SECTION 1: Reference is hereby made to the following Offer of
of Dedication to the City of Saratoga covering
rights-of-way over portions of streets:
a.) Offer recorded on August 13, 1970 , in Book
9020 at Page 430 of Santa Clara County Records.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid Offer of Dedication is hereby accepted
by the City of Saratoga and the above portions of
said streets covered thereby are hereby declared to be public streets
of the City of Saratoga.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the
4th day of /vial. , 1983 , at a regular meeting
of the City Council of Saratoga by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory, Moyles and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
