RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS TRACT N0. 1389
It appearing that on or about July 29, 1957 the street improve-
ments as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map were
completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for
a period of not less than an additional year from date of satisfac-
tory completion.
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain sub-
division map of Tract No. 1389, Metrick Villa, Unit No. 2, recorded
in Book 59 of Maps at pages 26 and 27 in the office of the County Re-
corder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on July 7,
1955, which offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms of
the Clerk's certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said
streets are hereby declared to be public streets to the City of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
and adopted this 2nd day of March , 1960 by the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Rosasco, Langwill
NOES: None
