OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: Reference is hereby made to the following Offer of Dedication
to the City of Saratoga covering right-of-way over a portion of Manor Drive.
a) That certain offer executed by John H. Lyngso and Edward D. Vallerga
recorded in Book 7816 at page 8, Official Records of Santa Clara
County.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid Offer of Dedication is hereby accepted by the City
of Saratoga and the above portion of said street covered thereby and here-
by declared to be a public street of the City of Saratoga.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 5th

abed real property, for themselves, their heirs. successors andtl assigns
hereby irrevocably offer to dedicate to the City of Saratoga, a Municipal
Corporation, an easement and righ~ of way for a public city street
(including all trees or growth presently growing or as may be grown
within said right of way} upon, under, over and across that certain
real property situated in the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara,
State of Californil, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginn~g at 1he Southeasterly corner of Lot 24 of Tract 38~2-
Saratoga ~nor, a map of which was filed for record in Book 193
of ~ps, at pages 11 and 12, Santa Clara County Records; thence
leaving said Point of Beginning along the boundary of said
Tract No. 3822~ South 0° 28' West, 20.00 feet and Sou~k 89° 41'45"
East. 377.30 feet to a Northeasterly corner thereof; thence
leaving said boundary along the Northerly prolongation of the
Easterly l~e of sa~d Trac~ No. 3822, North 0° ~6' 3~" West. 40.26
feet; ~hence from a tangent bearing of South 0° 26' 30" East along
a cur~e t~ the right with a radius of ~0.00 feet through a central
angle of 90° 44' 45" for an arc length of 31.68 feet to a point on
a line parallel with and distan~ 20.00 feet Northerly, measured at
right angles, from a Northerly line of said Tract No. 3822; thence
along said parallel line North 89a 41' 45" West, 356.73 feet to the
Poht of Beginning.
The undersigned understand that the within offer can only be accepted
by resolution of the City Council of the City of Saratoga pursuant
to Streets and Highways Code Section 1806 of the State of California,
and recordatiou of this instrument shall not and will not constitute
acceptance of the within offer to dedicate. This offer shall be irrevo~
cable and shall be binding upon our heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns. The plural as used herein shall include the
. singular, and the singular shall include the plural.
