It appearing that on or ~out AugUS~ 12,. 1986 , the street, sto~ drain and other
improvements as sho~ on the hereinafter referred to s~div~i.on map and on approved
improvement plans therefore were completed and thereafter were maintained by the s~-
divider for a period of not less than ~ additional year from date of satisfactory
completion.
NOW, T~FO~, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
