~SOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF ST~ETS 14880 S~bM~
It appearing that on or ~out June, 1985 , the street, sto~ drain and other
improvements as sho~ on the hereinafter referred to s~diviison map and on approved
improvement plans therefore were completed and thereafter were malntained by the s~-
divider for a period of not less than an additional year from date of satisfactory
completion.
NOW, THE~FO~, the City Council of the City of Saratoga berry resolves as follows:
That ~rtion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication of certain
streets, storm drains and other easements as shown on the following descried s~division
map:
Map of~ No. 1536 recorded in Book 521 of Maps, at Page 14 , in the
office of the Gouty Recorder of the Gouty of Santa Clara, State of California
on NOv. 14, , 19 83 .

C~a~ all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution are her~y ~e-

BE IT FURTHER ~SOL~D:
~e following described ~provement bond or bonds are hereby ordered released:

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the 15th day of
