RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION 0F STREETS IN TRACT NO. 1321
It appearing that on or about July 29, 1957 the street improvements
as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map were completed
and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for a period of
not less than an additional year from date of satisfactory completion.
NOW THEEFOE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby re-
solves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain sub-
division map of Tract No. 1321, Metrick Villa, recorded in Book 50 of
Maps at Pages 38 and 39 in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California on June 22, 1954, which
offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's
certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are hereby
declared to be public streets to the City of Saratoga, County of Santa
Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
and adopted this 16th day of March , 1960 by the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Rosasco, Langwill
NOES: None
