ESOLUTION NO 36-B-
~SOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF ST~ETS 3rd & Oak St~
It appearing that on or ~out 10-17-85 , the street, sto~ drain and other
improvements as sho~ on the hereinafter referred to s~diviison map and on approved
improvement plans therefore were completed and thereafter were maintained by the s~-
divider for a period of not less than ~ additional year from date of satisfactoU
completion.
NOW, T~FO~, the City Council of the City of Saratoga her~y resolves as follows:
That ~rtion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication of certain
~ets, storm ~ains and other easements as shown on the following descrbed s~division
office of the Co~ty Recorder of the Co~ty of Santa Clara, State of California
~ as set forth in the Clerk's certificate on said ~p, is hereby rescinded and the
~ viously rejected offers of dedication on said map are hereby accepted, except the
.lowing:

all of the ~ove streets which are accepted under this resolution are hereby de-
[red to be p~lic streets of the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of
ifornia.
BE IT FURTHER ~SOL~D:
That ~e following described ~provement bond or bonds are hereby ordered released:
That certain Improvement Bond No. 648160 P dated June 7, 1984.. , and
issued by . Tn~mnity Compan~ of California
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the 4th day of
M~rCh , 19 87 , at a regular meeting of the City Council of Saratoga by
the f~llowing vote:
