RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS IN TRACT N0. 1865
It appearing that on or about January 5, 1959, the street
improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map
were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from date of satis-
factory completion.
NOW THEEFOE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract No. 1865, Villa Saratoga No. 2, recorded
in Book 76 of Maps on Page 50 in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on March 27, 1957,
which offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms of the
Clerk's certificate on said map, are hereby accepted. and said streets
are hereby declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga,
County of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 16th day of March , 1960, by the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, t~osasco, Langwill
NOES: None
