drain and other ~provements as sho~ on the hereinafter referred to
s~division mp ~d on approved imp~vement plus therefore were
completed and thereafter were ~intained by ~e s~divider for a period
of not less ~ ~ additional year from date of satisfactory completion-
NOW, M~FO~, the City Co~cil of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as foll~s:
That portion of ~e City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication
of certain streets, stom drains and other ease~nts as shown on ~e
following ~escribed s~ivision ~p:
Map of Tract No. 7928 recorded in Book 571 of Maps, at Page30r31,
in ~e office of ~e Co~ty ~corder of tS~ty of Santa Clara,
State of Califo~ia on February 26 , 1987
and as set forth in ~e Clerk's certificate on said ~p, is hereby
rescinded ~d ~e p=eviously rejected offers of dedication on said
mp are ~ereby a~eepted, except the following;
