It appearing that on or about ~une 11, 1990 , the street, storm
drain and other improvements as sho~n on the hereinafter referred to
s~division ~p and on approved~.improve~ent plans t~ere-fore w~re,..
completed and thereafter were ~alntained.~.b~:the-:s~ivider~.~r~ a period:
of not less than an additional year from~/da'~a[~'~is~d~ry completion.
NOW, THE~FO~, the City Council of.: the City of Saratoga here~y
resolves as follows:
That portion of..the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication
of certain streets, stom drains and other easements as shown on the
fol:'lowing descri'b.ed s~division map:

in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,

and as set forth in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby
rescinded and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said

are hereby declared to be p~lic streets of the City of Saratoga,
