PORTION OF PROSPECT ROAD

It appearing that on or ~out May 10, 1990 , the street, storm
drain and other improve~nts as sho~ on the hereinafter referred 'to
s~division mp and on approved improvement plans ~erefore were
completed and thereafter were ~inta~ed by ~e s~divider for a period
of not less th~ an additional year from date of satisfactory completion.
NOW, ~E~FO~, the City Co~cil of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication
of certain streets, stom drains and other easements as shown on the
following described s~division map:
Map of Tract No._ 8250 recorded in Book 605 of Maps, at Page38 &
in ~e office of the ~ty Recorder of t~ Co~ty of Santa Clara,
State of ~lifomia on September 15 , 19 89 ·
~d as set for~ in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby
rescinded and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said
Fap are hereby accepted, except the following:
NONE
~ all of the a~ve streets which are accepted under this resolution
'~ hereby declared to be p~lic streets of the City of Saratoga,
of Santa Clara, State of California.
