A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTING
DEDICATION OF STREETS - TRACT NOS. 6701, 6781 AND 7761
It appearing that the streets, storm drains and other
improvements as shown on the subdivision maps hereinafter
referred to on approved improvement plans therefore were
completed and thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for a
period of not less than an additional year from the date of
satisfactory completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows:
Those portions of the City's previous resolutions rejecting the
dedication of certain streets, storm drains and other easements
as shown on the following described subdivision maps:
Map of Tract No. 6701 recorded in Book 544 of
Maps, at Pages 33-38, in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on June 11, 1985.
=131C3 Map of Tract 6781 recorded in Book 541 of
~3 Maps, at Pages 17-23, in the Office of the
tU~Sra County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
C~L~LdC3 State of California on April 5, 1985, an
C3C.7'U3~- amended map of Tract 6781, recorded in Book
t~C~ 562 Of Maps, at Pages 31-36, in the Office of
~,lCl<~: the County Recorder of the County of Santa
D~ Clara, State of California on July 17, 1986.
C3 Map of Tract 7761 recorded in Book 567 of
Ca~ Maps, at Pages 48, 49 and 50, in the Office
C3<r~)' of the County Recorder of Santa Clara, State

map of Tract 7761, recorded in Book 604, at
Pages 42-44, in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State

and as set forth in the Clerk's certification on said maps are
hereby rescinded and the previously rejected offers of dedication
on said map are hereby conditionally accepted, except the
following:
Tract 6701 - None
Tract 6781 - None
Tract 7761 - The offer of dedication of
those certain areas designated
"Scenic and Trail" is
expressly not accepted at this
time.
and all of the above streets which are accepted under this
resolution are hereby declared to be public streets of the City
of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California;
provided, however that the acceptance of offers of dedication
reflected in this resolution is expressly conditioned upon this
Council adopting an ordinance by no later than July 1, 1994,
establishing a Hillside Street Repair Fee to assist in financing
future anticipated costs of extraordinary repair of streets
accepted as public by this resolution.

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 1st day of June, 1994, ~ the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Burger, Kohler, Monia and
Mayor Tucker
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

NOTICE OF SATISFACTION OF CONDITION
On the 20th day of June, 1994, before me, Grace E. Cory, Deputy City
Clerk, personally appeared Larry Perlin, personally known to me to be
the person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument and
acknowledged to me that he executed the same in his authorized
capacity, and that by his signature on the instrument the person or
the entity upon behalf of which the person acted executed the
instrument.
