RESOT.UTIO~ ACCk~PTING DEDICATION OF STRE~S
TRACT ~1938
It appearin~ that on or about May 20, 1959, the street
i. mprovements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdi-
vision map were completed and that thereafter were maintained
by the subdivider for a period of not less than an additional
year from date of satisfactory completion,
NOW TMk'REFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that
certain subdivision map of Tract #1938, Country Squire Estates,
recorded in Book 89 of Maps on Page 26 in the office of the
Country Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of Cali-
fornia on December 23, 1957, which offers of dedication were
not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's certificate on
said map~ are hereby accepted and said streets are hereby
declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga, County
of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 15th day of June, 1960 by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Drake, Langwill
