RESOLUTION ~ACCEPTING DEDI(RTION OF STREETS
It appearing'that on or about May 6, 1959s the street improve-
ments as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map were
completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for
a period ofnot less than an additional year frem date of satisfac-
tory completion.
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication aS shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract No. 1996, recorded in Book 90 of Maps on
Page 6 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California on JanuaZy 16, 1958, wh&~H offers of ded-
ication were not accepted under the terms of the Cierkjs certificate
on said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are hereby de-
clared to be public streets of -the city of sara'toga, county of santa
clara, state of california, and
IT Is FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain Improvement Bond,
361833# dated January 10, 1958# emd issued by General Insurance Co.
of AmeriCa, be and the ~ne is hereby ordered released.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
and adopted this 6~h day of July 1960 by the fo!l~wing
vote:
