RESOLUTION AC~PTING DEDICATION OF STREETS

It appearing that on or about May 6, 1959, the street improve-
ments as shown on the heretnafter referred to subdivision map were
completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for
a period of not less than an additional year from date of satisfac-
tory completion.
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract No. 1718, recorded in Book 73 of Maps on
Pages 6 and 7 in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California, on October 3, 1955, which
offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms of the
Clerk's certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said
streets are hereby declared to be public streets of the City of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT that certain improvement Bond No.
75866, dated September 24, 1956, and issued by Phoenix Assurance
Company of New York, be and the same is hereby ordered released.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
and adopted this ..1.7.th day of August .., 1960 by the
following vote:
