It appe~ing that on or ~out May 20~ 1959, the street i~rove-
ments as sho~ on the hereinafter referred to subdivision mp were
completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for
a period of not less than ~n a~3itiona! year from date of satisfac-
tory c~pletion.
NOW T~R~ORE the CitT~ Council of ~he City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All s~eets offered for ~edication as sho~ on that certain
$~ivision map of Tra~t E~o. 1689~ recorded in ~ok 97 of ~ps on
Page 21 in the office of the County Recorder of the ~unty of Santa
Cl~a, ~ate of California on Septe~er 12, 1958, which offers of
dedication were not acce~d under the terms of the Clerk's certi-
ficate on said mp, are hereby accepted and said streets are hereby
declared to be public streets of ~'~e City of Sera~oga, ~unty of
Santa ~ara, State of ~liforniL~,-

This resolution was re~l~ly introduced and thereafter passed
