RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF SURREY LANE
TRACTS1413
It appearing that on or about August 20, 1956 the street improve-
ments as shown~on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map were
completed and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for
a period of not less than an additional year from date of satisfact-
ory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All of Surrey Lane as shown on that certain subdivision map of
Tract #1413 recorded in Book 55 of maps at Pages 55 and 56 in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California on April 19, 1955, which offers of dedication were
not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's certificate on said map,
are hereby accepted and said street is hereby declared to be a
public street of the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State
of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
and adopted this 7th_..__._~y Ofpecember' , 1960 by the following vote:
