RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT # Ik89
It appearing that on or about October 1, 1956, the
street improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred
to subdivision map were completed and that thereafter were
maintained by the subdlvider for a period of not less 'than
an additional year from date of satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of
Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that
certain subdivision map of Trac~:~ #1489, Argonaut #3, re-
corded in Book 59 of Maps on Pages 30 and 31 in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California on July 13, 1955, which offers of dedication
were not accepted under the terms of the Clerkts certifi-
cate on said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are
hereby declared to be publtc streets of the City of Saratoga,
County of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and there-
after passed and adopted this 2nd day of April, 1958 by the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Jepsen, Langwi11
NOES: None
ABSENT: Rosasco, Willfams
