RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PARAMOU~?~
DRIVE TRACT#1789
It appearing that on or about September 3, 1957 the street im-
provements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map
were canpleted and that thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from date of satis-
factory completion
/
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All of Paramount Drive as shown on that certain subdivision map
of Tract ~1789 recorded in Book 73 of maps st Page 1 in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California
on October 9, 1956, which offers of dedication were not accepted under
the terms of the clerk's certificate on said map, are hereby accepted
and said street is hereby declared to be a public street of the City
of Saratoga, County of Santa ~lara, State of California.
