RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT NO. 2100
It appearing that on or about August 19, 1959, the street improve-
meets as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map were
completed and thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for a period
of not less than an additional year from date of satisfactory comple-
tion.
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as sho~rn on that certain
subdivision map of Tract No. 2100, recorded in Book 94 of Maps at
Page 35 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
C].ara, State of California on J~ne 20, 1958, which offers of dedi-
cation were not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's certificate
on said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are here~by declared
to be public streets of the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara#
State of California, and
IT IS FURT}~R RESOLVED TI~T that certain Improvement Bond No.
319947, dated June 18, 1958, and issued by United Pacific Insurance
Company, be and the same is hereby ordered released.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
