RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT NO. 2422
It appearing that on or about April 6, 1960, the street
improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision
map were completed and thereafter were maintained by the subdivider
for a period of not less than an additional year from date of
satisfactory completion.
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract No. 2422, recorded in Book 107 of Maps
at Page 49 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, on JUne 22, 1959, which offers
of dedication were not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's
certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are
hereby declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT that certain Improvement Bond
No. B-32233, dated June 10, 1959, and issued by the United Pacific
Insurance Company, be and the same is hereby ordered released.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
and adopted this 17~h day of ........ May .... , 1961, by the
following vote:
