storm drain and other improvements as shown on the herelnafter
referred to $~visi~n map and on the approved improvement plans
therefor were completed and thereafter were maintained by the
subdivider for a ~od of not less ~han an additional year fran
date of satisfactory completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows~
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting
the dedication of certain streets, $~crm drains and other ease-
mants as shc~n on the ~011owing described subdivision map:
Map of Tract NO., 1324 recerded in Book 50 of Maps, at
Page 20 and 2i, in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California, on May 25, 1954, and as set
forth in the Clerkes certificate on said map, is hereby rescinded,
and the previousl~ rejected offers of dedication on said map are
hereby accepted, except ~he
No EXCEPTIONS
and all of the above streets which are accepted under this
reeolutiC~ are heEeby ~e.elozed 'P.O"~ ~lic streets of the City
of County of Santa Clara', .State of California.
BE IT FURTHER FaSSOLVED= That the following described
improveCent bond or b~S are hereh~ ordered released:
That certa~ lm~rmnt Bof~ dated May 18, 1954 and
issued by the ~ican surety Company.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
on the first day of August, 1962, by the following vote:
AYES: Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Ritchie
NOES: None
ABSENT: Brazil
