RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT #1~93
It appearing that on or about December 3, 1956 the street
improvements as shown on the heroinafter referred to subdivision
map were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the
subdivi.der for a period of not less than an additional year from
date of satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE The City Council of the CIty of Sara. toga
hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication a.s shown on 'that
certain subdivision map of Tract #1493, Brookview, recorded
in Book 57, of Maps on Page 48 in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on
June 7, 1955, which offers of dedication were not accepted
under the terms of the Clerkls certificate on satd map, are
hereby accepted :and said streets are hereby declared to be
public streets of the City of Saratoga, County of San't~ Clara,
State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 19~8 by the :follow'~n~
