RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STRE~,TS

It appearing that on or about November 4, 1959, the street, storm drain and
other improvements as shown on the heroinafter referred to subdivision map and on
the approved improvement plans therefore were completed and thereafter were maintaineel
by the subdivider for a period of not less than an additional year from date of
satisfactory completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
T~at portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication
of certain streetsj storm drains and other easements as shown on the following described
subdivis ~on map:
Map of Tract No. 2115 r~corded in Book 100 Of ~pS, at Page 6~ in the office
of th~ County R~coMer of th~ County of Santa Clara, State of California, on
Nov~ber 20~ 1958.
and as set forth in the Clork's c~rtlflcate on said map~ is hereby rescinded~ and the
previously r~jected offers of dedication on said ~p are hereby accepted~ except the
following:
NO EXCEPTIONS
and all of the above streets which are accepted under th~s resolution are hereby declared
to be public streets of the City of Sarttoga~ County of Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FUR~ER ~SOL~D: ~al the following described imFrovement bond or bonds
are hereby ordered released.:
~at certain Improvement Bond No. 753890 dated
November S, 1958 and issued by the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance
Company.

Au~st~ 1962, at a ~e~lar meeting of t~e City 6ouncil of the City o~ ~aratoga~ by
the following vote:
