RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT #16[~
It appearing that on or about February 11, 1957 the street
improvements as shown on the heroinafter referred to ~ubdiviston
map were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the
subdivider for a period of not less than an addition~l year from.
date of satisfactory completion,
N~W THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows: ,
All streets offered for dedication :as ~hown on that certain]~

subdivision map of Tract #l.&flil, Broodview No. 2, recorded in
Book 66 of Maps at PaGe 21 in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on January 17,
1956, which offers of dedication were not accepted under the
terms of the Clerkis Certificate on said map, are hereby accepted
and said streets are hereby declared to be public streets of
the City of SaratoGa, County of Santa Clare, State of Calif-
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 1958 by the following
vote:
AYES: Brazil, alennon, Langwill, Rosasco
NOES: None
