RESOLUTIO~ ACCEPT!EG DEDIC~{TIOiq OF STREETS

It appearing that on or about p.e.gember 5, 1962, the street, storra drain and
other ]a'aprovements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map
and on approved i/aprovement plans therefor were corapleted and thereafter
were maintained by the subdivider for a period of not less than an addi-
'~ional year .from date of satisfactory cG'apletion,
I~OW, ~IEF~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
That portion o'~ the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication cf
certain streets, storm drains and other easements as shovm on the follow-
ing described subdivision map:
Map of Tract No. 2543 recorded in Book .1,!5. of Maps, at Pages ~6; ,47
in the office of the County :~ecorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on JanuarV 13 ............ , 1960__Q__,
and as set forth in th.e .Clerk' s certificate on said map, is hereby reccinde.~,
and the previously rejected of 2ers of dedication on said map are hereby
accepted, except the following:

and all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution are
hereby declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga, County of
Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FU~TH~I RESOLVED:
That the following described ~uprov~uent bond or bonds are hereby ordered
released:
That certain I~aprove~?.ent Bond' L~o. 261068 dated Dec.~ 15 ~ 19~9 ..... ,
and issued by Peerless insurance Co. .
The above and ~oregoing resolution was p~ssed and adopted on the 16 day
o£ December , 19 64., at a regular meeting o~ the City Council of
Saratoga by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Hartmn, Burry
