RESOLUTIO~ ACCEPTING DEDIC~TIOb] OF STF, EETS
It aopearing that on or about December 5.. 1~4, the street, storm drain and
other iraprovements as shown on 'the hereinafter referred to subdivision map
and on approved i/nprovement plans therefor were completed and thereafter
were maintained by the subdivider for a period of not less than an addi~.
tional year frc~ date of satisfactory c~pletion,
IqOW, %t{EF~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication of
certain streets, stor~ drains and other easements as shown on the follow--
ing described subdivision map~
Map of Tract b~o. 2544 recorded in Book132. of ~aps, at Page 3L,
in the office of the County Recorder of 'the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on ._May 10o . .... , 19_f~,
and as set forth in the Clerk's certiflcate on said map, is hereby reacinde.
and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said map are hereby
accepted, except the following:

and all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution are
hereby declared to be public streets of 'the City of Saratoga, County of
Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FURTHer, RESOLVED:
That the following described ijaprovenent bond or bonds are hereby ordered
released:

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the 1hday
