RESOLUTION ACCEPTING D.EDICP~TIOiq OF STREETS
it appearing that on or about _Oct.= ].6. 196.3 ., the street, storm drain and
other ir~lprovements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map
and on approved//aproveraent plans therefor were completed and thereafter
were maintained by the subdivider for a period of not less than an addi-
tional year froltl date of satisfactory cG'~pletion,
iqOW, I~i~F~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:

That portion of the y s previous resolution rejecting the dedication cf
certain
~ee~ storm drain~ and other easement~ as shown on the follow-
ing described subdivision map~
Map of Tract ~o. 3219 recorded in Book 151 of Maps; at Pages 7,8, & 9
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on August !~ 1962 ,
and as set forth in the Clerk's certiflcate on said map, is hereby rescinds;.
and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said map are hereby
accepted, except the following:
and all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution are
hereby declared to be public streets of the Ci"~y of Saratog'a, County of
Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FURTHK~ RESOLVED:
That the following described[ ~aprovement bond or bonds are hereby ordered
released:
That certain ~aprovement Bond ~o.YS-022!4!dated July 18, 1962
and issued by industrial 2ndemnity Co.
The above ~g[ foregoing resolution was passed and adc~p'ted on the 20th day
of january ..., 19 65 at a regular meeting of the City Council of
