RESOLUTIOb] ACCEPTING DEDICATIOiq OF STREETS

It appearing that on or about S_ept. 20, 19..6.1 , the street, storm drain and
other ~i~prove,~ents as shown on 'the hereinafter referred to subdivision map
and on approved iraprovement plans therefor were c~npleted and thereafter
were maintained by the subdivider for a period of not less than an addi-
tional year from date of satisfactory
D~OW, I~4EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratocfia hereby resolves
as. follows:
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication of
certain streets, storm drai.ns and other easements as shc~ on the fol!o~
ing described subdivision
~tap of Tract F~o. 2804 recorded in Book ~2.5 of Maps, at Page 23. .,
in the office of the County Recorder of 'the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on September 15 ............ , 1960_Q__,
and as set forth in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby reccinde~
and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said map are hereby
accepted, except the following:
I<O EXCEPTIONS
and all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution are
hereby declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga, County of
Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FURTHEi~, RESOLVED:
That the following described i~aprovenent bond or bonds are hereby ordered
released:
That certain T~aprovement Bond h~o. 440332 dated ..A,u..~u_~_~__,
a~d issued by General insurance Company o~f AmeriCa.. -
The above ~d ~oregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the 3rd day
of Mar_c.h , 19 65., at a regular meeting of the City Council of
Saratoga by the following vote:
