RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
__TRACT })O. 3171
It appearing that on or about _ Feb. 5r 1964 , the street, storm ~rain arxl
other improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred to sutxtivision n~p
and on approved improvenet plans therefor were ccanpleted ~nd thereafter
were maintained by ~he subdivider for a period of no~ less than an addi-
tional year frcsn date of satisfactory completion,
lqOW, ~RE. FORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication of
certain streets, s'torm drains and other easements as shown on the follow-
ing described subdivision map:
~lap of Tract No. 3171recorded in Book 161of Maps, at Page ~g .,
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on'....Ma~ 23 , 19.~5_,
and as set forth in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby" rescinded
and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said map are hereby
accepted, except the following:
Ig'O EXCEPTIONS
and all of the above streets which' are accepted under this resolution are
hereby declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga, County of
Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FUR'FH~ RESOLVED:
That the following described improvmnent bond or bonds are hereby ordered
released;
'That certain I~aprovement Bond ~o. 832541 .dated April 10 1963 ,
and issued' by New Hampshire Life Insurance Co;' ·
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the _7th day
of Aoril_ , 19 65 _, at a regular meeting of the City Council of
Saratoga by the following vote:
