RESOLUTION ACCEPTINO DEDICATION OF STREETS

It appearin9 that on or about December 3, 1956 the ~treet
lulprovements as shown on the heroinafter referred to subdivision
map were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the
subdivider for a period of not less than an additional year from
date of satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE The City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby re~olves as follows:
All street~ offered for dedication as sho~m on that
certain subdivision map of Tract ~1695, Brookview No. 3, recorded
in Book 71 of Maps at Page 18 in the offtce of the County Recorder'
of the County of Santa Cls. ra, State of California on July 2~,
1956, which offers of dedication were not accepted under the
terms of the Clerk~s certificate on ~aid map, are hereby ac-
cepted and said streets are hereby declared to be public ~treets
of the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Cle. ra, State: of Calif-
ornia.
This re~ol'utton was regu. larly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this ?th day of May, 1998 by the followfn9
