RESOLUTIOR' ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STi~EETS
~CT RO. 2835
It appearing that on or about Feb. 5, 1964 , the street, storm drain and
other improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdivision map
and on approved improvement plans therefor were cox-apleted and thereafter
were maintained by the subdivider for a period of not less than an addi~
riohal year fr~ date of satisfactory cG~pletion,
NOW, ~{EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting 'the dedication of
certain streets, storm drains and other easements as sh~n on the fol!~z ....
ing described subdivision map~
Map of Tract ~'oo 2835 recorded in Book 162 of Maps, at Page 14 &.~5
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on June 10 19 63 ,
and as set for"hh in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby reecinde~i
and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said map are hereby
accepted, except the following:

and all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution are
hereby declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga, county of
Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FURTHEj~ RESOLVED:
That the following described ]a'~prove'aent bond or bonds are hereby ordered
released:
That certain In~provement Bond ~oo 91-90-5~ated__Ma_a/9, 1963 _,
and issued by Glens Falls Insurance Co. o
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the 2 day
of June , 19 65 at a regular meeting of the City Council of
Saratoga by the following vote:
