RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT }~0. 2988
It appearing that oi~ or about . May 15, t963 , the street, storra drain and
other ~uprovements as shown on -hhe hereinafter referred to subdivision map
and on appr. o~ed improvement plans therefor v~ere completed and thereafter
were maintained by the subdivider for a period of not less than an 'addi--
tional year from date of satisfactory cGupletion,
NOW, ~E{E_REFOKE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication of
certain streets, storm drains and other easements as shorn on the
ing described subdivision map~
Map of Tract l~o. ~2!98~ recorded in Bookl~ o~ D4aps, at Pag'es__4~.~, ~7
in the office of '~he County Recorder of the County o~ Santa Clara,
State of California on March 28 .., !9__62_,
and as set forth in the Clerk' c certificate on said map, is hereby re~cinde~~
and the previously re3ected offers of dedication on said map are hereby
accepted, except the following:

and all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution are
hereby declared to be public streets of the Ci'~y cf Saratoga, County of
Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FURTHSI RESOLVED:
That the following described L~prov~'aent bond or bonds are hereby ordered
released~.
That certain naprovcment Bond ~o° 086~98 darted MarCh 2A, !~2____,
and issued by Argonaut Insurance Co. .
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the 7th day
