RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT #773
It appearing that on or about February 19, 1957 the street
improvements as shown on the heroinafter referred to subdivision
map were completed and that thereafter were maintained hy the
subdivider for a period of not less than an additional year from
date of satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that
certain subdivision map of Tract #773, Villa Saratoga No. 1,
recorded in Book 51 of Maps at pages 13-1~ in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California
on August 23, 1954, which offers of dedication were not accepted
under the terms of the Clerk's certificate on said map, are hereby
accepted and said streets are hereby declared to be public streets
of the City of Saratoga, Ceunty of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter passed
and adopted this ...~pth.' day of August.,., 1958 by the following
vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Langwill, Rosasco
NOES: None
ABSENT: None c
