RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DFIDIC}.TION OF STREETS
TF~CT NO 3475
It appearin9 that on or about ...~_~_h___1~6__4. ..... , the street, storm drain
and other improvements a~ shown on the hereinafter referred to subdi-
ision map and on approved improvement plans therefor were completed
and thereafter were maintained by the subdivider for a peri~x] of not
Bess than an additional year from date of satisfactory completion,
f~OW', THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby' resolves
as follows~
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication
of certain streets, storm drains and other easements' as shown on the
following described subdivision map:
Map of Tract No. 3__4_7f recorded in Book 163 of Maps, at Page
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California on 3rd day of July , 19~3 ,
and as set forth in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby re-
scinded and the previously rejected offers of dedication on said map
are hereby accepted, except the following:
NO EXCEPTIONS
and all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution
are hereby declared to be p~blic streets of the City of Saratoga, County
of Santa Clara, State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the following described improvement bond or bonds are hereby order-
ed released~
That certain Improvement Bond No. C-6120667 dated__J~ 1963
and issued by Fireman's Fund Insurance Co.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the 5th
day of ___ J~gary _ , 19 6__6, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of Saratoga by the following vote=
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Tyler, Burry
