RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREET5
TRACT#1146
It appearing that on or about December 21, 1953 the street
Improvements as shown on the heroinafter referred to subdivision
map were completed and that thereafter were maintained by the
subdivider for a period of not less than an addfttonal'.,:year from
date of satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the CIty of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
All streets offered for dedication as shown on that certain
subdivision map of Tract#ll~6, Allendale Manor, recorded In
Book 1!.~! of Maps at Page ~ In the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on June 9, 1953,
which offers of dedication were not accepted under the terms of
the Clerk, s certificate on said map, are hereby accepted and said
streets are hereby declared to be public streets of the CIty of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
This resolution was regularly introduced and thereafter
passed and adopted this 20th .day of . Aunt.st , 1958 hy the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, LangwIll, Rosasco
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
