RESOLUTIO~ 'ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
It appear in9 that on or about February 1, 1967, the street, storm drain
and other improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdi-
ision map and on approved. improvement plans therefor were completed
and thereafter were maintained by the su'bdivider for a period of not
less than an additional year~ from date of satisfactory completion,
[qOW, THEREFORE, the City' Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows-,
That portion of the City's previous resolution rejecting the dedication
of certain streets, storm drains and other easements'as shown on the
following described sUlxlivision map:
Map of T~act ~'o. 3997 recorded in Book 200 of Maps, at Page 1~._,
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California on_s_epte~mb._e~ 28 , 19 65,
and as set forth in the Clerk's certificate on said map, is hereby re-
scinded and the preyiously. r~jected offers of dedication on said map
are hereby accepted, except the following: .
NO EXCEPTIONS
and all of the above streets which are accepted under this resolution
are hereby declared to be public streets of the city of Saratoga,~ County
of Santa clara, State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the followin9 described improvement bond or bonds are hereby order-
ed released ~
That certain Improvement Bond No. 107163
and issued by Argonaut Insurance Co. ·
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the7___~
day of Februar~ ......... , 1968_, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of Saratoga by the following vote=
