and ocher improvements as shown on the hereinafter referred to subdi-
i~ion map and on approv'ed improvement plans therefor were completed
and thetea:fret were raaintained by the sui~ivider for a period o~ not
less than an additional year from date of satisfactory completion,

are hereby accepted, except the following:
