RE:SOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON ALLBTREETS WITH PAVE SURFACE
OF TWENTY FEET ORLESS

WHEREA:S, this Council finds that parking in violation ofthe
hereinafter set forth provisions would be detrimental to the best
use of public highways, and that ::the hereinafter set forth
prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate proper movement
of traffic and prevent congestion,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
HEREBY RESOLVES A.$ FOLLOWS:
Section 1: No person shall stop, stand or park any motor
vehicle at any time on the paved portion of any
public highway in the City of Saratoga, which public highway
has a pavement width of twenty (20) feet or less.
Section 2: The above prohibition shall be subject to the
exceptions of :Section 9-13 of the :Saratoga
City ;Code.
The foregoing was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 1st
day of March , 1967, by the following vote:
AYEiS: Councilmen Glennon, Tyler, Hartman, Burry, Robbins
