RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION
OF MICHAELS DRIVE AND DORSEY WAY AS A "YIELD INTERSECTION"
The City Council of the City of Saratoga. hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: The intersection of Michaels Drive and Dorsey
Way in the City of Saratoga is hereby designated
"ield"
as a y intersection.
All vehicles traveling southeastbound on Michaels Drive shall
yield to traffic on Dorsey Way before entering or crossing the inter-
section thereof. This Resolution shall become effective at such time
as the '~field" signs.,'=,are erected.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on
the 3rd day of December, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Ceu.ci%men B~idges, Brigham, Kroua, Corw &
