RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING

The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portion of street in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested area, and the
following limit for parking of motor vehicles is hereby esta-
blished for said portion of said street:
Name of Street Description Parking Limit
Oak Place On the southerly side from NO PARKING
St. Route #9 (Saratoga- ANYTIME
Los Gatos Rd.) to 200'+
easterly thereof
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 4th day of February, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, Kraus, Corr & Matteo./
NOES: None
