RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DELINEATION OF PORTIONS OF
ST. CHARLES, OAK AND SIXTH STREETS
BY DOUBLE,YELLOW CENTERLINE STRIPING
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets in the City of Saratoga
shall be designated by double-yellow centerline striping to indicate
no driving to the left thereof:
Name of Street Description.
St. Charles St. From Sixth St. to 50'± easterly thereof
St. Charles St. From Oak St. to 50'± westerly thereof
Sixth St. From 50'+ nertherly of St..Charle~St.
to 50'~ southerly thereof
Oak St. From 50'+ northeasterly of St. Charles St.
to 50'! southwesterly thereof
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
4th day of February, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Bdgham, Kraus, Corr & h~atteanJ
NOES: None
