RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF
VIA ESCUEIA DRIVE AND TEN OAK WAY
AND CUMBERLAND DRIVE AND VIA ESCUELA
STOP INTERSECTIONS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby
designated as stop intersections:
Name of Street Description
Via Escuela Drive All vehicles traveling on Via Escuela Drive both
eastbound and westbound shall stop before entering
or crossing the intersection thereof with Ten
Oak Way.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs are installed.
SECTION II: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby
designated as stop intersections:
Name of Street Description
Cumberland Drive All vehicles traveling on Cumberland Drive both
northbound and southbound shall stop before
entering or crossing the intersection thereof
with Via Escuela Drive.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs
are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
4th day of February, 1976, by the following vote:
