RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LEFT TURNING lANE
ON PROSPECT ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga, hereby resolves a.s
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study and pur-
suant to Vehicle Code, State of California, Section
22101, the hereinafter described streets or portions of streets shall
permit only the left turn movement of vehicles:
Turning
Name of Street Dese. z.ription Requirement
Prospect Road The southern-most, westbound Left turn only
lane of Prospect Road from
Covina Ct. to 90'+ eaeterly
thereof.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
SECTION II: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets in the City of Saratoga
shall be designated by double-yellow centerline striping to indicate no
driving to the left thereof:
Name of Street Description
Prospect Road From 300'+ westerly of Covina Ct.
to 300'+ easterly thereof
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
3rd day of March, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, Kraus, Co;r & Matteeni
NOES: None
ABSENT: NOt~ .
